Terms of Service

This Service Use Agreement governs how you interact with Flux Relay’s messaging platform, APIs, dashboards, and developer resources. These Terms exist to protect every project we host and keep the network reliable.

Scope & Definitions

  • These Terms cover Flux Relay’s API, dashboard, CLI, docs, and branded tooling.
  • “Customer” or “you” is any developer or organization onboarding a project or server.
  • “Service” includes messaging transport, storage, notifications, and admin tooling.

Account Responsibilities

  • Keep credentials, API keys, and tokens confidential. Rotate them if you suspect leakage.
  • Every request must include the correct project and server identifiers; never reuse secrets across tenants.
  • Report suspicious access, “Security Incidents,” or credential compromise immediately.

Acceptable Use

  • No unsolicited bulk messaging, malware, or actions that violate applicable law.
  • Do not reverse-engineer or tamper with Flux Relay software, telemetry, or security controls.
  • Respect multi-tenancy—you may not access, copy, or disrupt data belonging to other customers.

Data & Security

  • You retain ownership of your User Content; we process it only to deliver the Service.
  • Configure privacy controls before uploading sensitive personal data.
  • Flux Relay monitors for abuse and reserves the right to suspend access if threats emerge.
T&

Termination & Enforcement

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for “Violations,” abuse, or security breaches.
  • You may end your subscription anytime; we retain data for audit/compliance for up to 30 days.
  • After termination, delete any Flux Relay-issued credentials and integrations.
